We are a -very fast - expanding start-up offering location based entertainment in the form of virtual reality. We believe VR should be accessible, enjoyable for everyone (all ages) - anywhere.

Our main goal is to offer our clients the most amazing experience in virtual reality. We offer large 'free-room' fields of about 100m2 - 300m2 to play VR in group. Our locations have a comfy atmosphere, a cosy bar, beautiful meeting-rooms and intro booth games to learn all the tricks to prepare for the bigger game experience. Our games vary from family games to competitive shooters to escape rooms... There is a game for everyone!

We are searching for an innovative Business Development Manager (BDM) with a great passion for sales to join our team - You will help bring a wonderful VR experience to everyone!

What you’ll be doing

  • Discover, identify and secure new B2B Client opportunities through digital and physical lead generation

  • Respond quickly to and close incoming Sales requests

  • Close collaboration with the Marketing Team to identify and action new Marketing campaigns

  • Build long-lasting relationships with prospective Clients through product demonstrations, requirement scoping and recurring bookings

  • Stay close to Client bookings to ensure that their requirements are met and that their experience is amazing

  • Identify, secure and manage new local and national partnership opportunities that will enhance The Park’s offering and Client base

  • Overall responsibility for B2B revenue for your territory, and the ability to articulate your strategy for achieving your goals

  • Awareness of local market activity and sharing findings with the wider team

  • Provide accurate sales forecasts for your territory

  • Ensuring that all actions are accurately recorded and maintained within the CRM system

Job requirements

What you bring

  • B2B Sales experience is a must.

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

  • Ability to think on your feet.

  • Strong networking abilities.

  • Strong degree of diplomacy and the ability to work with a range of different people.

  • Ability to multitask & self-organise own workload

  • Comfortable working with multiple groups within the business

  • Multilingual skills in Dutch & English (French is also a huge advantage)

It would be fantastic (but not essential) if you also have:

  • Experience in the hospitality industry

  • Experienced in working within a start-up environment

  • A valid driver’s licence
