Our main goal is to offer our clients the most amazing experience in virtual reality. 

As the International PR & Franchise marketing manager you will be responsible for the coordination of Franchise marketing, supporting international Events and coordinating International PR for The Park Playground.

In this role you will work closely with the Head of Marketing, the Digital & Content Marketeer, the local Marketing Managers and the Business Development Team.


    • Building the brand The Park Playground to an international audience.

    • Supporting Business Development team with their communication / marketing needs

    • Follow up Franchise Marcom plan

    • Organising Franchise events - being present at international Franchise & Entertainment exhibitions

    • Coordinating International PR agency in close collaboration with the Head of Marketing

    • Supporting local PR events in collaboration with the local Marketing Managers

    • Supporting local B2B & B2C customer events and activations in collaboration with the local Marketing managers

    • Creative briefings to the Graphic Designer for Marketing assets to push Franchise sales + follow-up production.

    • Assist Content Marketeer on strong international assets

    • Translating global marketing strategy to Franchise owners

    • Ongoing day to day Franchise marketing support

    • Assisting the central team to develop local creative strategies

Job requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in PR, marketing, communication or a related field.
  • A master’s degree may be advantageous.
  • A minimum of 4-5 years' experience in a PR & Communication role.

  • Dutch native Proficiency, English and French professional Working Proficiency

  • Experience with marketing tools and software. Adobe Suite knowledge is a plus.

  • Excellent organisation and communication skills.

  • Leadership, problem-solving, and networking skills.

  • Good time-management skills.
