As a Customer Success Intern, you will gain experience in our Customer Support channels, providing customers with assistance in their online bookings. You will work along our Customer Success team to gain insight into our sales process, event management and invoicing.

Job requirements

What you’ll be doing

  • Assisting with incoming B2C sales inquiries, understanding each customer’s unique needs and providing tailored solutions that resonate

  • Assisting with the after-sales service, coordinating changes to existing bookings with accuracy, and serving as the bridge between internal teams

  • Assist in delivering outstanding events in collaboration with our Operations Team & Customer Success Coordinators.

  • Understand and participate in after-sales service and the creation of vouchers/gift cards.

  • Contribute to delivering exceptional customer service handling both tickets and calls from new and existing customers.

  • Learning from working alongside an experienced team of Customer Success Coordinators and Business Development Managers.

What you bring

  • Education - Studying Bachelor or Master in:

    • Customer Success/Business Development

    • Communication

    • Business

    • Other related field

  • Languages: Strong communication skills in Dutch and English is a must - knowledge of French is a plus

  • Comfortable learning new systems

  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude - eager to learn and be a part of the team

  • Problem-solving mindset, with an eye for detail

  • Motivated and ready to grow at a fast pace

Location: This internship is based in Antwerp, Belgium. While remote working is a possibility, we seek someone comfortable to travel to our office in Antwerp to learn and work alongside our experienced team.
