Why this role exists
Our partners succeed when we pair sharp commercial instincts with relentless support. You will be the single owner of that partnership—guiding sites from launch to profitability, spotting new revenue angles, and keeping every operator feeling heard and helped.

What you will do

  • Champion partner growth – Identify upsell opportunities, craft joint business plans, and share best-practice playbooks that boost ticket sales and secondary spend.

  • Own the relationship – Schedule structured check-ins, visit sites, and stay on speed-dial for the tricky moments that never appear in SOPs.

  • Navigate internally – Rally content, marketing, and ops so partner requests land with the right team and come back with answers, not excuses.

  • Drive new deals – Until volume justifies a dedicated hunter, you will still help the Head of Franchise court prospects and close contracts.

  • Keep the numbers clean – Monitor reporting, flag drift early, and make sure cash lands on time.

Job requirements

You’ll fit if you bring;

  • A track record of growing multi-site leisure, F&B, or retail accounts (5+ years).

  • Fluency in English plus workable Dutch or French.

  • Comfort discussing P&L levers with owners and translating tech-speak into commercial outcomes.

  • The mindset of a partner, not a vendor—quick to listen, quicker to act.

  • Enough humour to survive budget meetings and group VR zombie attacks.
